I'm Monica and I have several luxury modern apartments available for rent in the La Cala de Mijas & Calanova Golf areas. We wish for everybody who stays with us the most enjoyable and rewarding holiday, whether just to relax on the terrace or at the pool/beach, or for more action including golf and visiting the many treasures that the Costa del Sol has to offer. Guests will have access of the entire apartment, selection of 5 swimming pools, a children's pool, and also the pool snack bar social club area. La Cala de Mijas village is easily accessible, offering a diverse selection of restaurants, bars, banks, supermarkets, car rental, beach chiringuitos, beach wooden boardwalk to Cabopino, golf course etc. La Cala offers everything you need to enjoy your holiday to the maximum, and offers easy transport links to Málaga, Fuengirola, Mijas, Benalmádena Pueblo, Marbella, Estepona & Gibraltar. La Cala is situated in the centre of the golf valley, with many golf courses accessible within a 10 minutes drive.

The ground floor property is finished to a high standard and includes cream ivory marble floors, solid granite kitchen work surfaces, cream marble tiled bathrooms and fully integrated hot and cold air conditioning to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. The kitchen fittings are of a high standard with designer named appliances. A large screen TV with free Spanish channels, and unlimited Fibre Optic fast Internet WiFi are installed in the apartment. All the modern furnishings are comfortable and of high quality. The covered terrace is also furnished with an outdoor dining area and large gas BBQ (available at an additional cost). The 180cms Superking size beds in both bedrooms have pull-out sliding single beds to accommodate more people, up to a maximum of 6 people. You have direct easy access to the main pool complex area with choice of 2 large pools & children's pool, which feature a pool bar & large waterfall. You will also have access to a further 3 pools and the Calanova Golf restaurant bar is close by. There are security reja bars and a monitored alarm system installed for your safety & security during your stay.

Neighborhood info

The Costa del Sol boasts around 320 days of sunshine and is popular with holiday makers all year round due to the wonderful climate. It has a long summer period from June until October, when it is hot but pleasant with no humidity and no rain, ideal for beach holidays. During other seasons there is plenty of sunshine, so that you can enjoy lots of outdoor activities, such as golf and tennis. Mijas Costa is very popular with people from all walks of life, it has something for everyone, it is not difficult to see why people come back year after year. The busy & popular local coastal village of La Cala de Mijas (the creek) is a charming former fishing village. It now plays host to a wide and varied range of eateries, bars & cafeterias. Why not dine on the beach front in one of the popular restaurants, like the new Olivia's Champagne and Lobster Bar & restaurant, owned by Elliott Wright, or check out one of the beach Chiringuito restuarants that offer fresh fish caught the same day. There is a Supersol, LIDL, ALDI and a Mercadona (supermarkets) and plenty of banks / ATM's, a local Post Office, Pharmacy and plenty of Boutique shops. There is also a wide range of beauty salons.
