Egia Apartment is a modern design loft, perfect to enjoy a few days in San Sebastián. Ideal for couples or small families. Recently renovated in 2019, very well located and bright. It is located on the seventh floor and consists of an elevator. It is very well distributed, has a modern American kitchen very complete and next to it, the living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa and satellite television movistar. It also consists of a large bedroom with a double bed of 2x2m and closets, a large terrace of 20 meters with magnificent views of the entire city consists of dining and relaxing area watching the sunsets. It also has a spacious bathroom with a bathtub provided with towels and amenities. Whatever you need, before or during your stay, we will be at your disposal at all times. The keys are delivered by hand and we will show you the apartment. Or they are sent by mobile application, making the arrival more simple and autonomous. The maximum capacity is for two people + 1 child.
Egia Apartment is a young project that was created to bring and accommodate people from all over the world wanting to know the city of San Sebastián, soak up the culture and meet its people. For this we have created a comfortable cozy and beautiful space to make your stay as pleasant as being at home.
Centrally located apartment, 200 meters from the bus and train station. Connection with the main airports. 10 mins from La Concha beach and La Zurriola beach. Near Cristina Enea Park, one of the largest lungs in the city. Ideal for quiet walks. The area consists of cafes and supermarkets at the foot of the apartment. Apartment Egia's home is located in Donostia, Euskadi, Spain. Egia is a booming modern neighborhood, the Tabakalera cultural center is 300 meters from your home. The area is surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops, Cristina Enea Park, shops and supermarkets. The areas of interest such as La Concha beach and La Zurriola Gros beach or the old town are a 10-minute walk away. There is parking in front of the house, the Atocha car park. The best way to get around is on foot since the beaches, places of interest and commercial areas are nearby.
