Beachfront luxury apartment located in the Peñoncillo, just 1 km from Torrox Costa and 5 km from Nerja. From the living room, bedroom, kitchen and terrace you can enjoy the excellent sea views and enjoy the morning and midday sun. It consists of 1 large bedroom with a double bed of 150cm, living room with 135 cm sofa bed for 2 people, kitchenette with oven, dishwasher, microwave and Nesspresso coffee machine, bathroom with shower, Internet with fiber approx 100 mb, Smart TV TV 49 ”With international channels. Central air conditioning throughout the apartment. Private parking for 1 vehicle in covered parking. Alarm connection with Securitas private. The building has green areas with a children's playground where the community pool is located. Airport transfer service (for a fee).
