Splendid apartment featuring a spacious living-dining area with direct access to a private patio, which in turn connects to the communal garden—perfect for relaxing and enjoying your leisure time and holidays. The apartment also has a small patio at the front façade, providing additional privacy and tranquility. It has an independent entrance, offering greater comfort. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home. There are 4 bedrooms: two with double beds (one of them with an en-suite bathroom) and two with single beds. All rooms are exterior and overlook the patios. There is also another full bathroom. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and very bright.

Neighborhood info

Fantastic neighborhood with all amenities, shops, and the train station just a 5-minute walk away. It is a very quiet area, ideal for enjoying with the family. There is also the option of underground parking in the same building at an additional cost.
