Our townhouse is our 2nd residence, it is a lovely cozy apartment that has almost all amenities and with communal pool in a very quiet urbanization (30 homes).
We are a marriage with two children, Irene and Alberto. We love spending part of our vacation on the beach, enjoying sea, friends and food. We also love to travel, making tourism as active as possible. Our residence is in the Extremaduran town of Badajoz, to which I recommend that you visit it by its perfect location to know places like Mérida, Cáceres, Elvas, Évora, Olivenza, ...
The location of the urbanization is perfect for those looking for a home that allows to enjoy the estate in it and the most attractive places of the population. It is located very close to the beach (400 m), close to shopping and leisure center (800 m), near golf course (400 m), sailing school (400 m). ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The townhouse has a ground floor (kitchen, living room, toilet and outdoor terraces) and 1st floor (2 bedrooms and bathroom). The main bedroom has A / C, double bed (1.35 cm) and views to outside terrace. The room for children, has a bunk bed and a bed of 80 cm and has views of the pool and garden. ISLANTILLA Islantilla is a town with a beautiful combination of sun, sea, golf and gastronomy, in one of the most privileged places on the coast of Andalusia. The mild climate, rich gastronomy and comparable natural surroundings make it a wonderful destination, an ocean side garden where golf, water sports and the sun share the leading role in a region in the history of Colon.
