Spacious apartment in the center of Marbella, located on the corner between Avda Ricardo Soriano (main street of the city) and Avenida Nabeul. It is in front of the entrance to the Paseo Marítimo, Beach and a few meters from the Old Town. The area is surrounded by different types of restaurants, shops and services. You can walk everywhere, but there is a public parking on the same avenue as well as bus stops on both sides (Málaga, Puerto Banús). The apartment on the top floor and in the corner consists of a living room, 3 bedrooms with double beds, a full bathroom and a kitchen with access to a beautiful terrace with a chill out area, barbecue, hammocks, etc., ideal for spending lovely dinners with family or friends.

Marbella Center, on the city's main avenue Ricardo Soriano. There are all kinds of restaurants, shops and services. A few meters from the beach ( Chiringuitos )and the Old Town with its emblematic PLAZA DE LOS NARANJOS. Very close to the Marina full of bars where you can spend an unforgettable night.
