Welcome to "Ladevesa Apartment", with the best location and views of the center of Elche (old town). It has 3 bedrooms, all of them with views of the Congress Palace. It is newly renovated and equipped, with new and modern furniture. The entire apartment enjoys excellent natural lighting thanks to its unbeatable orientation with unobstructed views and windows that will isolate any noise. 2 full bathrooms and large kitchen open to the living room, highlighting 3 different spaces where you can enjoy a family meal, a romantic dinner or moments of relaxation. Each room and living room has a state-of-the-art (IA) TV, where you can enjoy (as long as the guest has a subscription) exclusive content from platforms such as Netflix, HBO, Amazon, Rakuten, etc. The 3 bedrooms have a ceiling fan and the living room with air conditioning / heating. The kitchen has a large and new equipment: washer / dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, mixer, toaster, juicer and utensils necessary for cooking. Coffee capsules are included. Building has an elevator. ***Washer and dryer only available for reservations of 6 nights or more.*** ***All reservations require a damage deposit. 500e By bizum or bank transfer***
