Fully renovated apartment with all the necessary amenities, 7 minutes walk from the beach and 2 minutes by car. The apartment is located on the first floor facing the interior garden and is very quiet. It has a completely new and fully equipped kitchen, two terraces, air conditioning units in living room and bedroom and completely new designer bathroom. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. All guests can enjoy the pools of our aparthotel (pools for adults + children), and garden. The pools are open all year. In the living room there is a sofa bed available, it has capacity for 2 people and is very comfortable. From the living room, guests will access the spacious bedroom, which has its own terrace. The bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower cabin) is very spacious and also has its own terrace. We have a laundry room wit and dry use is charged to the client. Enjoy our Smart TV with 200 channels in 7 languages ​ and our high-speed Wi-Fi. Free parking.
We are the new owners of this apartment although we manage another apartment in the same building since 2018.
The flat is well placed close to restaurants, bars, shops, amenities and beaches. The Malaga airport is only 6 km away and accessible by train (La Colina train station is 5min walk from the apartment) or taxi. Within 5 minutes walk, you can find the La Colina padel and tennis courts and the Miguel Angel Jimenez Golf Academy. On request, we provide you with golf clubs. The Agualand Torremolinos and Crocodile park are 2 km away.
