The apartment features a private outdoor area with a balcony and a shared outdoor area including a fenced pool, garden and open terrace. The pool is open from 10:00 to 21:00, with quiet hours at midday to respect the neighbours. Free street parking is available. Families with children are welcome, but pets are not allowed.
