This penthouse has two nice terraces, one of them in the same floor and the other one on the top of the apartment. By car has easy access to the radial M - 40, Calle 30 and A-42, just fifteen minutes from the city center of Madrid, Hospital 12 de Octubre y Clínica Quirón de Pozuelo de Alarcón. A short distance away, the metro stations CARABANCHEL AND OPORTO, different buses like 34 and 17 lines, and nighttime N-16 and N-17 lines will communicate with the city center.
