Located on Marbella's Paseo Marítimo, between the fishing port and the Yacht Club, this fully renovated apartment features modern furnishings and marble floors. You’ll stay in a charming residence with gardens, two pools, and direct access to the promenade and beach. Upon entering this 100 m² property, you’ll find a living room with a sofa bed, dining area for four, and air conditioning. The private, covered terrace offers views of the sea and gardens—perfect for a peaceful breakfast or dinner. The living room has Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a smart TV with streaming services, international channels, and air conditioning. There are two spacious double bedrooms, each with individual air conditioning, a separate balcony, and views of the beach, gardens, and pool. Two bathrooms are available: one en-suite with a walk-in shower, the other with a bathtub, washing machine, and dryer. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, and has a large window with panoramic views. The shared outdoor area features two fenced pools (for adults and children) open from Easter to October 1st, tropical gardens, and an outdoor shower. Private parking is provided in a nearby building next to the residence. The building has an elevator for step-free access. Late check-in is possible from 10:00 p.m. to midnight for an extra fee. Beach towels and bed linen are provided. Parties are strictly prohibited. Security cameras and audio recording devices are installed in common areas. Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for Airport shuttle, Train station shuttle.
