This old spanish house lies on the edge of the village and has beautiful views to the mountains, the reservoir and the village. The large panoramic terrace gives you the opportunity to enjoy the views and relax. There are three rooms with their own bathrooms. There is also a large community kitchen, where you can prepare your breakfast or own meal. Coffee and thee are free. There only three rooms so it is never crowded. There is no need to stay in your room, you can stay at the terrace, in the small lounge area or in the kitchen with the large table. Underfloor heating and warm water are provided by solar panels and biomass heating installation, solar panels also provide electricity. You will have a key to the entrance door, you can come and go when you please.
I'm Julie, I'm Dutch and I have been living for more than 20 years in Spain. I live with my husband and my two children, my two cats in the same house, at the lower part. I really like the concept of my accommodation, because I have it by my side, but we do not share the same spaces. I am always close and available to help but I try not to disturb. I do my best to make my guests feel comfortable and at home. I speak fluently Dutch and Spanish, but also English, German and French.
The house lies on the border of this beautiful village, in the middle of the mountains of Sierra Nevada. From the house you have beautiful views all around. In the village you have plente possibilities to eat, drink and buy. You can make beautiful trips, hiking, biking or by car. or adventure activities as canoing, climbing, abseiling. In the winter the ski resort is at 30 minutes distance. And last but not least, Granada is also at 30 minutes and really worth a visit, as is the Alhambra.
