Villa Scandinavia Marbella. Our Villa is located in the Las Chapas/Cabopino area in Marbella, which is one of the most elegant areas of Marbella. Cabopino has one of the best beaches of the Costa del Sol. We are 5 km from the Nikki Beach club. 10 min by car to Marbella Centre, 15 min to world famous Puerto Banus. Our property has a very unique structure! The villa consists of 3 different floors. Each floor has its own entrance and a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and 2 smart TVs. Floor 1 has two bedrooms. Floor 2 has 2 bedrooms. Floor 3 has 3 bedrooms, 2 balconies and 2 bathrooms. Even within a big group, you can enjoy your privacy on each floor. Naturally, there are interconnecting doors between each floor. In March 2026, the renovated big terrace (100 m2) with a brand new big swimming pool, new terrace furniture and new sun loungers also has an 86-inch Smart TV for the guests to enjoy music in the daylight and watch TV in the evening outside. We also included a bar on the main terrace for the guests to serve their own drinks Nearby Cabopino Marina with good bars and restaurants and watersports activities within 1 km of our property. The Cabopino beach and the beach of Artola Dunes are 1.2 km away. 15-20 euros taxi fare to Marbella Center. The bus stop 300 m away from our property. If you don't want to explore more widely in the region, no car rental is needed. You have all you need within walking distance for a perfect holiday! The Villa is fully covered with a proper air-conditioning system and has Wi Fi, Netflix, and YouTube There is a safe box on each floor and an outside camera video monitoring system and modern alarm systems on each floor. For golfers, we are located by the famous Cabopino Golf; fairways 5 and 6 are 100 m from our property. Within 10 km, there are more than 10 golf clubs. We invite you to enjoy our lovely property in Cabopino Marbella!
