Situated in the tranquil residential complex of Pilartxo-Enea in the área of Mendilauta, this delightful apartment has been completely refurbished, resulting in a bright, modern living space. This is an external, first-floor flat surrounded by marvellous mature tres belonging to the gardens of Pilartxo-enea. The apartment is ideal for families and couples alike, particularly since it is located just 100 metres from the magnificent beach of Zarautz. It is also just a 10 minute walk to the historic centre of the town, and just 5 minutes from the Real Golf Club of Zarautz. The apartment offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious, bright living room linked with a dining kitchen, and a utility room. The apartment also has its own garage parking place, with direct access from the flat via a lift. Important note: Check-in is from 16:00- 22:00 hours. Both early check-in and late check-in - checkout have a cost of 50 euros +VAT
