Located in the quiet yet central residential complex of Sanz Enea in Zarautz, this apartment has been totally renovated, resulting in a bright & modern residence. It is located on the fourth floor in an external orientation surrounded by magnificent magnolia trees belonging to the Sanz Enea Palace, which currently serves as the local town library. Just 100 metres from the marvellous Zarautz beach, and also 200 metres from the historic village centre, Sanz Enea is ideally situated both for families and couples. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room and a dining kitchen. The apartment also has pleasant balconies accessible from the living room and one of the bedrooms. The apartment has a private parking space in the subterranean garage under the building with direct access to the fourth floor by lift.
