Top floor apartment in 8th floor, south facing with marvelous panoramic sea views, it has capacity for 5 people, fully furnished and equipped, new bathrooms and kitchen, wi-fi, in front of the beach and the new beach walking path, close to all amenities and near many beach restaurant, bus stop to go to Fuengirola or Marbella and only 30 minutes far from Málaga Airport.
Since 1995 we are dedicated to real estate intermedicion specialized in renting short and long term. Donalquiler is our trade name for the property division "Calahonda Estates" for rental management.
The apartment is located in Edf. Velezquez, 150 metres from the beach side, This location makes you have a lovely panoramic view of the sea. On the beach around the building there are several beach bars and restaurants. There are many restaurants in town that you can visit a different one every day!!! The area has many other shopping center with banks, farmacies, supermarket, and cyberintewrnet and all the services you can expect on your holiday!!!
