Located in the center of Madrid, on the emblematic Gran Via Avenue, the guest house’s extremely central location is just minutes’ walk from many major attractions including Puerta del Sol. Many of Madrid’s most famous landmarks and monuments can be reached on foot within 20 minutes. The guest house is family-run giving it a real warm and inviting feel and located within an attractive, period building, Gran Via is a lively street and the city’s main shopping area. In addition there are a number of well-known theaters and a host of 20th century architecture. Being so central means that the area is very well-served by public transport, the closest metro station, Gran Via, is just steps away.

You appreciate the value of a quiet room as long as it is clean, comfortable and cosy. You have come alone… or accompanied by a maximum of two other people… We have single and double rooms that can be used by three people adding a third bed… You take it for granted that in your room there must be a TV set, telephone and a (rental) safe. You need a desk to work with your laptop and, of course, free Wi-Fi connexion…

We are right in the Gran Vía… If Madrid had a heart, we would be right in the middle. Our guesthouse is small and cosy, and we take special care of the cleanliness of the premises and our customer services. There is no question about it, we will make you feel at home.
