It is a semi-detached apartment in a private urbanization in a natural enclave. It has a perfect space for a maximum of 2 people distributed in a double room, accompanied by a bright room with all kinds of supplies, a cozy central room and a bathroom that complete the accommodation and make you feel at home.
The location of the apartment, located in the town of Chilches, Velez municipality allows you to enjoy the proximity to the coast, specifically 3 minutes drive from the beach of Chilches, maintaining the tranquility of the area and excellent communication by road with the rest of the province, 25 minutes from Malaga capital. All this nestled in a strategic point to know the area, which has a great variety and offer both gastronomic and cultural character, enjoying the coast of Malaga and the charm that you can find in the environment. In the vicinity you will find all kinds of establishments and stores within walking distance. It also has ample options for active tourism activities, hiking trails or outdoor activities.
