Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, both with shower, living dining room, open kitchen and parking space in a nearby private and comfortable underground parking (100 meters from the flat) with automatic gate and surveillance. The best of all! The flat is located in front of the sea, in the centre and within walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. The terrace is very spacious and enjoys a south-west orientation with unbeatable sunsets. It also offers WiFi and air conditioning. Electricity fees apply based on consumption of AC.

La Herradura is a lively hamlet in the municipality of Almuñecar, in Granada, which is listed as a Natural Site and constitutes a true paradise for fans of Andalusian-style life, good food, fabulous weather, the sea, boating , hiking, diving and above all relax. One of the best golf courts 'Los Moriscos' in Motril is only 20 km away. La Herradura is also a divers paradise with many diving schools and centres. It is a small town and you can basically do anything on foot and the locals are very friendly and welcoming, they will melt your heart. Your only risk is that you probably never want to go home!
