Big city feeling in a lovely village. Balcon de Europa can easily be a square in Barcelona, Valencia or Lisbon… the people, the terraces, the restaurants and the beaches…. but with the charm of an Andalusian village where time stood still; Nerja! You can experience it all from your Balcon de Europa Suite: Disfrute! Enjoy this high-end designed 2 bed/2 bath apartment of 128m2 at the top-location in Nerja. From the luxurious modern livingroom in tranquil colors you look right between the arches of the Balcon de Europa to see the sea flowing... All our balconies are accessible or can be closed with double glazed windows and doors. Additional, there are 2 beautiful loggias where you can lounge between the cactus plants and where you can have breakfast or dinner in a bistro-setting. Both bedrooms and bathrooms have the highest standard facilities. -> We have an filtered water system installed for drinking water and making coffee or tea. No carrying of water bottles anymore! -> And no beach towels needed in your luggage, because we provide them! We wish you a pleasant stay in your own sky-box penthouse... in a lovely, reasonably unspoiled, beach town - with the best climate in Europe!

Neighborhood info

How convenient: The 5 city beaches (-> save space in your suitcase for some nice souvenirs: we always supply BEACH TOWELS! <-), the famous Balcon de Europa, the terraces and restaurants, the shops.... everything is reachable in a few minutes walk!. Same for the supermarkets. The best thing about Nerja is that it has developed late.. the municipality has learned from the mistakes of the other costas. So, here no sky scrapers! Nerja is a very charming small -and green- city and has been developed with care.
