The 93 m² property features a living room with 2 pull-out single beds, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an additional toilet, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, air conditioning, and towels. The building has an elevator. The apartment boasts 2 private outdoor terraces, perfect for relaxing in the evening. Guests have access to a shared outdoor area with a heated pool, garden, children's pool, and outdoor shower, ideal for family fun and relaxation. Please note, the pool is currently out of service. The communal pool is open during summer (second half of June to end of September). Outside these months, opening times may vary according to community rules, so pool use cannot be guaranteed off-season. The property is conveniently located near the beach, as well as numerous bars and restaurants. Free street parking is available. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed.
