Beach Avenue Residence - Arenales del sol is the perfect vacation spot for any time of the year. This luxury apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was designed for 4 people. The Living is south-east oriented and the rear terrace is located on the west. The apartment is decorated very tastefully, you will definetly not miss out on anything during your stay. The luxury kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and microwave. The mattresses on the beds are tightly laid out with fine linen and the towels and kitchen linen are of course also present. The residence has a beautiful communal swimming pool with beautiful green areas. Whether you are young or old, everyone will like this apartment. Private parking is available for the car and there is a storage room. You only have to walk 5 minutes to feel the sandy beach of Arenales del sol under your feet. The centre of Alicante and the airport can be reached very quickly. Shops and restaurants are also all within walking distance.
