Beach Boutique House is located in "Residencial Calanuza" complex, Calle ALTEA 11, bungalow 19, EL CAMPELLO - Alicante 03560. The safe and healthy house consists of a living-room with chimney, 2 double bedrooms, american kitchen, private courtyard of 60 sqm with garden furniture, electrical grill, one full bathroom and one toilet with lavatory. It features 2 Tvs, from which one is WI-FI Led TV, balcony with sea view, 3 air conditioning units, private parking space in front of the property. Safe, protected, healthy location! The residential complex has a very big pool for adults, a children pool, beautiful park, it is fully gated, video surveillance. Located just 50 m from the beach - Calla Lanuza. On the beach there is a nice bar and live music all summer nights. Just 20 m from the secondary entrance of the residential complex there is the TRAM station. The TRAM goes in 10 minutes to El Campello, 20 minutes to Alicante and 20 minutes to Benidorm. Supermarkets to 10 minutes by TRAM. There are 2 restaurants available at less than 100 m from the entrance of the residential complex.

El Campello is a modern coastal resort, which boasts 23 kilometres of quiet, pearly white, sandy beaches. Situated 14 kilometres north of Alicante. 
 Located facing the L'almadrava beach, near the residential development Poble Rspañol, El Campello boasts a beautiful natural environment, with an outlook to the beach and sea, and a mountain backdrop. A splendid climate and the promise of a holiday filled with peace and tranquility is what you can expect on your trip to El Campello. It has excellent road and rail connections, with Alicante International Airport just 35 minutes drive away. Leisure and recreational The Paseo del Mar (promenade) is almost 2 miles long and makes for a lovely evening stroll in the setting sun. During the day take advantage of the beaches and sea. Beaches The main beach at El Campello is the beautiful wide, sandy beach of Muchavista. In the vicinity there are some charming coves, such as those of La Coveta Fuma or La Venta La Nuza. With crystal clear waters and excellent year-round weather make for an ideal place for water sports such as sailing, scuba diving and windsurfing.
