The property is amazing. It is located in front of the best beach of the Costa del Sol. In just 250 meters you have everything you need (beaches, supermarket, restaurants, , bus stop and taxi stop. You have a beautiful seaview from the villa . The microclimate is very pleasant due the villa is in a forest just in front of the sea. You will enjoy the best holidays, due the enviroment of the property. The energy is unique! The property has been completely renovated with modern materials and the highest quality, but maintaining its own style
I'm a person very involved in my work, the vacation rentals. For my is a pleasure that guests really enjoy their stay.
Torrenueva is a very well maintained residential area on the Costa del Sol. It is visited for families with children. This is a very safe area. The most relevant is that we have the most beautiful beach on the Costa del Sol. You also have all the services at a walking distance. Marbella is 16 km away and Fuengirola 8 km away. La Cala beach is a very popular village with nice restaurants and everthing you could need on your holydays(big supermarkets, bank offices, police station and many others things.
