Stay in the heart of Marbella. Modern penthouse located in the heart of Marbella, Costa del Sol, with wonderful sea views just 100 meters from the beach, "Atico Berrocal Marbella" is located next to the old town of Marbella where you can walk through the narrow and old streets of the city, visit the Iglesia Mayor de la Encarnación, Plaza de Los Naranjos and enjoy the gastronomy, being close to the apartment: supermarkets, pharmacies, hairdressers, restaurants, clothing stores, bus stops (all lines), taxi rank, public parking 10 meters away with a rate of 20 euros per day, just 5 minutes walk from the promenade, marina and leisure area, 10 kilometers from Puerto Banús where the largest boutiques are located luxury and 2 kilometers from the shopping center "La Cañada", you can also enjoy holy week from April 13 to 20 and the Marbella fair from June 5 to 11 since our apartment is 50 meters from where the holy week thrones and the Marbella fair take place., we also have the new five-star hotel, the Fuerte Marbella hotel located in front of our apartment. The nearest airport is Malaga, which is 50 km from the apartment and the journey is 30 minutes by car or 40 minutes by direct bus from the airport to Marbella bus station.
