With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a spacious living room and kitchen with direct access to the terrace with unbeatable sea views, this villa can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably. In short a fabulous holiday home ideal for families or a group of friends. The Urbanisation consists of about 20 semi-detached villas and has direct access to the sea, with a stone staircase leading directly to a private jetty with steps and shower. It is only a 15 minute walk to the beach of La Herradura with its shops and chiringuitos (beach bars). This lovely villa, all on one level offers private parking space for 2 cars.
