The apartments BALCON DE ALICANTE, have all the comforts and efficiency of the buildings of recent construction in addition to an unbeatable orientation. An exclusive building that optimizes the spectacular views of the Mediterranean on one side and the mountains of the province of Alicante on the other. Equipped with modern furniture, appliances, air conditioning, Television and free internet connection. The urbanization has a private pool and free parking. The building is located in front of the calm waters of La Albufereta beach, with fine sand. Being one of the most protected beaches of the Levante wind, it is ideal to enjoy it every day of the year.

Just 100 meters from the building, a TRAM stop that will place you in 5 minutes in the center of the city of Alicante, its historic center and its museums. In the other direction, with the TRAM you can move to know the small and picturesque towns of the province, passing through El Campello, Benidorm, Altea, Calpe and Denia, where you can enjoy its wonderful beaches and delicious cuisine. 500 meters from the apartment, The Alicante Costa Blanca Yacht Club, which offers travelers the possibility of practicing different types of water sports and enjoying their restaurant.
