This charming two-bedroom apartment features air conditioning in the living/dining room, two triple bedrooms, a Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. Fiber optic internet (600 Mbps) and Wi-Fi are available throughout the apartment. The ground floor features a 15 m² terrace and a balcony. The complex has a communal swimming pool and tennis court. The apartment is located 300 meters from the sandy beach. It is located on the second floor and has no elevator (two flights of stairs). • For stays of 10 days or less, it will be considered Tourist Accommodation - Tourist Contract (In accordance with Decree Law 9/2024, of August 2, and Law 15/2018, of June 7, of the Valencian Government) • For stays longer than 10 days, it will be considered Seasonal Rental - Seasonal Contract (In accordance with Law 29/1994, of November 24, LAU, Art. 3, and Royal Decree 1312/2024, of December 23)

Santa Pola has 11 km of sandy beaches and is the ideal place for a beach holiday. Good transportation location: - 10 km. from Alicante International Airport - 18 km. from the Autovía del Mediterráneo (A-7) and from the center of the province, the city of Alicante (Spain). The nature of the area: For 15 km. coast we are 11 km. beautiful sandy beaches facing south, and we discovered natural landscapes as diverse as Punta Sierra, an important fishing and sports port, and the Salinas Natural Park, home to more than 150 species of birds throughout the year, among which the Pink flamingo. 4.8 km from the cape is the island of Tabarka, an idyllic diving spot and marine reserve with crystal clear waters of an impressive turquoise color.
