★ABOUT PROPERTY Warm and welcoming penthouse with a private terrace located in Marpequeña, Telde. The penthouse is 70m2 distributed in 2 spacious bedrooms; living room with Smart TV and dining table; a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary elements to cook and eat your meals (microwave, coffee maker, juicer, toaster etc); two bathrooms; and a terrace with a seating and relaxing area (2 hammocks). The main bedroom has a big double bed, perfect for couples, and the second bedroom has two single beds. The house has an occupation for a total of 6 since 2 people can sleep on the sofa bed. The whole property has FREE Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. Washing machine. Building with elevator. Free street parking.
★ABOUT US Hosting and bringing people together is our passion. We have a lot of different type of guests (Families, business people, friends etc.) and it never gets boring! We love to meet new people and We would love to help our guests to get everything out of their (first) experience in Las Palmas. ★ABOUT NEIGHBORHOOD The location of the apartment is perfect for visitors since it is near the airport and between the capital Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and the southern tourist area. You will be also near the mountain. You can park easily and free of charge in the neighborhood. A quiet and safe area surrounded by supermarkets, shopping centers, pharmacy and just next to the Church and the central square with areas where children play or play sports. East of the island with the best weather.
