Located in Masquefa, the Cal Jaume holiday home offers step-free access and interiors designed for a comfortable stay. The 60 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with bunk beds), 1 full bathroom, and a guest toilet, accommodating up to 4 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, a washing machine, and an outdoor charcoal barbecue. This exclusive rental boasts a private outdoor area with a spacious garden and a small pool available during June, July, August, and September. There are 2 parking spaces on the property, as well as free street parking. Pets are not allowed. The home features energy and water-saving systems, as well as a photovoltaic system. Please note that government regulations regarding water use may apply during your stay, which could affect pool use, garden irrigation, or limit tap water usage. A security camera is installed in the garden at the entrance, not in the private area. The camera records only the entrance for access control. No surveillance cameras are inside the house. There is a motion detector linked to the alarm system, which remains deactivated during your stay.
