Can Cosme is a unique 400 m² villa with its own private pool of 12 meters lenght x 6 meters wide. This unique villa is made up of two housing areas and has a total of seven bedrooms and four bathrooms. As each house has its own independent entrance, we would be complying with the current regulations. The complete villa includes 2 houses with capacity for 8 people in one and 6 in the second one, if necessary 4 extra people could be accommodated in sofa beds, with a maximum capacity of up to 18 people (capacity for 14 in beds + 4 people in the sofa bed ). It is perfect for large groups of friends or families with children. From being able to relax on the sun loungers to having a barbecue or even admiring the sunset from the pool, the possibilities are endless: just take a deep breath and immerse yourself in everything :) It is only 60 minutes drive from the city center of Barcelona! Relax in the sun, enjoy the barbecue, admire the sunset from the pool ... Breathe.

The Villa Can Cosme is managed by Carmen and Rosa. Originally acquired by Rosa's great-grandfather as a holiday home, this villa has now been rebranded into a mother and daughter run small family business, managed with love and passion to make this location the perfect gateway for a relaxing break spent with family or friends.

The house is located in the town of Rocafort de Bages, within the area of El Pont de Vilomara i Rocafort. It is part of the province of Barcelona, and it’s even possible to travel to this great and cultural city in less than 40 minutes’ drive. The house is located between the Natural Park of Sant Llorenç, which is situated near the magical mountain of Montserrat, famous for its beautiful monastery, ‘La Moreneta’ (The Virgin of Montserrat), museum, beautiful hermitages and you can even take advantage of hiking or the multiple climbing routes and via ferrata that can be found. We are based only 60km from Barcelona city centre and the nearest town, El Pont de Vilomara, only being located 7.5km away. It has all your amenities such as restaurants, hairdressers, bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacy and medical services. Our house has a private pool (open all year), barbecue, sunbeds and much more. Please notice that the Villa is in the middle of a very quiet village on the countryside of Barcelona surrounded of a quiet and family neighborhood and we ask you to please not to play music or make excessive noise between midnight and 8 am. This is the local law that apply.
