It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160x190) and the other with two single beds (90x190). It features a fully equipped bathroom with a bath, hairdryer and toiletries. The living area features a bright living-dining room with direct access to the private terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, induction hob, washing machine, kettle, Nespresso machine and Italian moka pot. The terrace, equipped with a table, chairs, sun loungers and an electric awning, is perfect for enjoying the views and the sunset. Guests also have access to a free-to-use community swimming pool open from June to end of September. The apartment has heat pump air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom, as well as a radiator and a portable heater. Located on a sloping site, it is recommended for guests with good mobility or who prefer to use a car. There is no private parking, but there are options nearby.
