Capistrano Playa 307 is an apartment located in one of the prettiest parts of Nerja. The area resembles a traditional white-washed Andalucian village. The houses climb on the mountain side, just above the Mediterranean sea and there is a little square and a fish pond in the centre. Our comfortable apartment was completely repainted in 2019 and with partly new furniture. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2020. The apartment has all the amenities you need for a wonderful holiday (including free wifi). It has a lovely balcony for slow breakfasts and lazy days in the sun and from there you have wonderful ocean views. Should you fancy a swim in sea, the popular Burriana beach with it’s golden sand is literally a stone’s through away. If you prefer a dip in the pool, there is a lovely pool area (including a children’s pool) open during the summer season.
We who own the apartment are a Swedish family with two kids, 12 and 17 years of age. We enjoy swimming, sunbaking and nature and that makes Nerja perfect for us. We let our slice of paradise out for others to enjoy when we are not using it ourselves.
Renting in Capistrano Playa means living in the perhaps most charming part of Nerja, with the sea and the beach as well as restaurants and the pretty city centre just around the corner.
