The company has been operating as an estate agency since 2006, and we specialise in property sales and legal advice. Since 2023, we have also been involved in holiday rentals and currently manage around 10 properties. Our main aim is for our guests to enjoy a well-deserved holiday in a peaceful area, ideal for unwinding, close to the beach and just a few minutes’ drive from Burriana.

The house has 2 bedrooms sleeping up to 4 people, each with ceiling fans; the master bedroom has access to the terrace. There is a living room with a TV and air conditioning, a well-equipped kitchen with a washing machine, and a spacious terrace and garden offering sea views and romantic sunsets. The accommodation offers a large seasonal outdoor swimming pool with views for adults and children from March to November, fast and free Wi-Fi, non-smoking rooms, and towels and bed linen are provided. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. It is located just a few minutes from Burriana beach. Ideal for those looking to unwind without sacrificing proximity to the sea, the apartment offers a perfect balance of relaxation, comfort and a great location. The property is situated in the San Juan de Capistrano residential area, a well-known and peaceful development north of Nerja, very close to the Sierra-Almijara Natural Park. It features wide avenues where parking is easy, and green spaces with a distinctly Andalusian feel, as it was designed to resemble a typical white Mediterranean village. Around the swimming pool there are green spaces where you can relax or eat at the restaurants or snack bars. There are also supermarkets and local shops.
