Neighborhood info

One of the main attractions of the area is, without a doubt, the beach of Gran Alacant (Playa del Carabassí). It is a long stretch of fine white sand with dunes and no buildings near the shoreline, making it a beautifully preserved natural setting (the house is located 2 km from the beach). Along the beach, you will find several beach bars, and it is possible to rent activities such as paddle surfing, pedal boats, windsurfing, among others. In addition, there is a wide variety of shops, a shopping center with supermarkets, restaurants, bars, hair salons, etc. You can also enjoy scenic walks and take paragliding courses. A visit to Isla de Tabarca is almost a must; the boat departs from the port of Santa Pola, located about 5 km away. On the island, there are several restaurants where you can enjoy a meal. Its seabed is a protected area due to the rich marine biodiversity it hosts. The available public transport allows you to travel around Gran Alacant as well as to nearby towns such as Alicante (9 km away) and Santa Pola (6 km away). In addition, the area is located a short distance from Aeropuerto de Alicante (9.6 km away).
