Our house; This fantastic house is 260 sqm, has 6 bedrooms with a total of 12 beds, 4 bathrooms / toilet. Completely renovated in the spring of 2017 and 2023, inside and out. The house is of high quality with brand new modern furniture and generously equipped to offer a holiday experience beyond the ordinary. You choose whether you want to rent 8 beds or 12 beds. On the 320 sqm large terrace/garden with fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea there is a private pool 10x3m, large jacuzzi and outdoor shower. The pool is heated from mid-October to the end of April for an additional fee, which must be booked in advance. Our cozy pergola with lounge furniture provides protection when it's at its hottest. There is also a well-equipped terrace with direct access to the kitchen and living room with breathtaking views. The terrace accommodates a dining table for up to 12 people: The terrace space also has a pergola roof. The house is well equipped with modern furniture, large gas grill, pizza oven in our outdoor kitchen. Wi-fi throughout the house and garden. Pool table and dart board. There are sun loungers in the garden with the pool. At the grill, you cook a delicious dinner under the sky. Don't be surprised if you see mountain cabins, knocked outside the grounds. The terrace is completely private. You have your own garage with space for one car. In front of the house, there is an additional parking space for 2-3 cars, directly outside the entrance, which makes loading and unloading smooth. Just a few tens of meters outside the house there is free access to the community pool area, which has both an adult and children's pool, child-friendly! If you want to activate, there are two padel courts within the area that can be used freely. The house is located a bit up from the beach and the city center in a nice residential area. It takes about 5-7 minutes by car from the beach.

As mentioned, the climate on the Costa Tropical is subtropical - the Costa Tropical has the warmest winter temperature in the European mainland. It is even warmer here than on the Costa del Sol. Because of the subtropical weather, here are a lot of tropical fruits, mostly avocado, mango and cherimoya, but also papaya, persimmons and guava. Mountains are also filled with figs and almond trees. ​ The climate is mild year-round - expect warm winters by 14 to 20 degrees and in summer the temperature is around 24 to 26 degrees. It's very rare as it gets below 10 degrees.
