La Casa se encuentra ubicada en unas de las zonas más bonitas del Casco Histórico además de muy cómoda ya que le permitirá llegar en coche hasta la misma puerta de la vivienda. Con unas maravillosas vistas al Parador Nacional de Toledo y a los emblemáticos Cigarrales Toledanos así como muy cerca del Río Tajo . Si bien en su exterior verá que su diseño es tradicional, le sorprenderá su distribución y diseño modelo interior . Espaciosa y con un gran patio muy fresco en verano por su orientación .

Un barrio rodeado de naturaleza e historia. Ubicado dentro del casco histórico de la ciudad es uno de los puntos del recorrido de la Ruta del Quijote . Se caracteriza por ser un barrio tranquilo rodeado de naturaleza, con unas vistas impresionantes del otro lado del río pero a la vez a cinco minutos andando de la Catedral de Toledo que es el centro de la ciudad. Enfrente encontrará el Convento de San Pablo y muy cerca la Iglesia de San Lucas una de las iglesias de estilo mudéjar , más bonitas de Toledo. Enfrente de la casa parten unas escaleras que le llevarán a la Casa del Diamantista, casa perteneció a Don José Navarro, autor de la corona de Isabel II y en torno a la cual se cuenta una leyenda. Para ir al centro puede hacerse por dos calles ; por la Bajada del Barco, donde se encuentra el Convento de la Purísima Concepción o Benitas , uno de los más antiguos de Toledo . También se puede optar por la Calle Pozo Amargo donde os encontraréis con el Pozo que le dió fama a la calle por lo que cuenta su leyenda....
