The 16 p modern villa has its own outdoor swimming pool, various terraces, a lovely garden with a BBQ and private parking space. Fibre-optics internet is available everywhere, including the swimming pool and terraces. Layout of the residence: Ground floor: living room with two leather couches, Smart TV with beautiful coffee tables. Dining table with six chairs and two end chairs in the large kitchen. Air conditioned. Large, white, modern kitchen. Appliances: Siemens dishwasher, Bosch washing machine, Siemens fridge/freezer, Philips Air Fryer, Bosch oven and stove, Bosch coffee maker, Philips toaster, and a Sharp microwave. Bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink Top floor: master bedroom with double bed and bathroom with toilet, shower, sink, and hair dryer. Two separate bedrooms, each with two single beds, and a guest bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. Air conditioned. Lower level: large living room, large bedroom with two single beds and a child’s bed, small bedroom with 2 single beds, and a guest bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. Santa Barbara Castle (Ancient castle in Alicante City Centre) Visit and Explore Tabarca Island Alicante by boat trips depart from Santa Pola. The island is the largest island in a small group (archipelago) of islands known as the 'Islote de la Cantera'. Tabarca Island itself is a protected marine reserve and it is this that draws the scuba divers and snorkellers who swim amongst the vast numbers of fish and marine life that surround this little island. Gran Alacant Beaches “Excellent sandy beach” Carabassi beach is a long stretch of golden sand, approximately 2 miles from end to end, although the actual beach continues beyond the northern limit (but its called something different). For those who like to snorkel, the southern end has some rock outcroppings, which shelter a wide variety of fish. All in all, this is one of the best beaches we have found - clean, never crowded, and with good sand down to a shallow inshore area. and is highly recommended
