The house is in a gated neighbourhood (urbanizacion Brisa Mar) in a side street close to the main entrance. At the ground floor there is a terrace with outside seating, living room with TV, sofa, dinner table and chairs. Also the kitchen, one bathroom and a storage room are downstairs. Upstairs are two bedrooms and another bathroom with a tub / shower, toilet and sink. There is additional heating in the bathroom for the colder months. . Both bedrooms and living room are air conditioned (cooling and heating). Guests have free access to a washing machine. The neighbourhood is calm. Has three swimming pools (one approx 30cm deep for toddlers, another one approx 120 cm deep for smaller kids and another one up to 250cm deep). In walking distance cafes, bars, shops, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. 15 minutes drive from Alicante airport. Also has access to public transport. Close to best beaches of Alicante - i.e. playa Carabassi with beach bars, loungers, etc. 20 minutes drive from downtown Alicante - marina and the esplanade.
