It features an indoor wood-burning fireplace in the living room, a built-in barbecue on the patio, and air conditioning in the living/dining room on the first floor and in the upstairs hallway. The bungalow has three bedrooms (one on the ground floor), a living room and kitchen, a 15 m² terrace and another 10 m² terrace on the second floor, and an interior gallery with a barbecue and washing machine. The Brisa Mar complex (Gran Alacant) offers three public swimming pools open during the summer season (June 15th to September 15th), public parking, a children's playground, and a café. Carabassi Beach is approximately a 5-minute drive or a 20-minute walk away. Pets are welcome. Maximum number of pets: two medium-sized dogs (maximum weight 15 kg). Gran Alacant is an area belonging to the municipality of Santa Pola, which mainly consists of a group of urbanizations located on the promontory of Santa Pola, between the mountain and the beach of Carabasi. The 2012 census (INE) recorded 11,095 inhabitants. The dunes of Carabasi Beach are a virgin and well-maintained natural space where the main beach of Gran Alacant is located, which is an extensive beach with fine golden sand.
