Casa del Ocejón is located in Majaelrayo, a small village representative of the so called black architecture at the foot of Ocejón Mountain (6,722ft), in the south side of Sierra de Ayllón or Sierra Norte de Guadalajara. It's a typical house representative of black architecture but comperary design entirely rebuilt in 2019 as a Country House with official license issued by the Junta de Comunidades de Castilla la Mancha and the maximum category of 5 Green Stars. The house has a total capacity of 20-22 guests when combining its two modules — Casona and Apartamento— which can also be rented separately: 8 living rooms, 6 bathrooms, 1 shower room, 1 living/dining room with a fireplace and a double sofa-bed, 2 kitchens, 2 porches with a dining table, 2 barbecues, private garden and access to jacuzzi, swimming-pool and leisure area.
