This well laid out spacious apartment with 2 large separate sun terraces will be an amazing base for your stay in Gran alacant and Alicante region. Here you are just a few minutes drive to the local amazing beaches of Playa Carabassi, the airport is 10 min drive away the centre of Alicante city is 15 mins drive, the centre of Gran Alacant with its shops restaurants cafes and bars is also just a few minutes drive away. The famous water parks of benidorm are only 45 mins by car. We also have a beautiful shared swimming pool area everything you need for a wonderful stay.

Neighborhood info

Playa Carabassi is few minutes drive away or by the local Tourist 'Train' just a few stops away. There are restaurants bars and shops in this urbanisation and also in the Centro Commercial there are around 60+ shops and a large supermarket and around 15 different restaurants. You can go there by car or by using the 'Train'
