As it is our own holiday house we tried to make it a home in Spain according to our own taste and standards. It has all the amenities you need: a well equipped kitchen (even an electric fruitjuicer from Kenwood en a sousvide-stick for making the best spareribs), an exclusive OFYR barbeque, 2 large comfortable sofas, high speed internet/TV, every bedroom has a bathroom and toilet, luxurious beds and matrasses , a nice pool with design sofa beds, in every room there is a beachbag with 2 beachtowels, and a little welcome surprise…everything you can imagine is there …. Please let us know should you miss something during your stay: we will try to find a solution!
Nice to meet you! We came the 1st time to Estepona in 2017 and immediately fell in love with the area and the variety it has to offer. In august 2021 we bought an old sea side house and started a big renovation project. For us it is our dream house and we love spending time here. As long as we aren’t retired we can not live here permanently so it gives us the opportunity to share our passion with you. In the villa you can find an information book full with tips and tricks (excursions, sports, restaurants..) to make your holiday perfect. Our gardner Antonio will come twice a week to clean the pool and garden. Our local host is Fanny from Immomoment and she will help you with everything you need.
Casa Duende is situated in the middle of the New Golden Mile, between the coastline of charming Estepona and luxurious Puerto Banus. There is a small authentic village Cancelada only 1,5 km (easy walkable) from the villa with a nice wine shop, 15 restaurants an a typical Spanish square. Very close to the villa there is a petrol station with mini market where you can get bread and freshly squeezed orange juice in the morning. Across the highway (500 meters) you can find 3 major supermarkets, a pharmacy and a bazaar store. The villa is only 150 meters from the sea and the paseo (sea promenade). Besides the sea promenade you can find several beach bars and restaurants on your way to Estepona. Within 1 km walking distance you can find 5 star facilities such as the Mett hotel (restaurants,spa,bar) ,the villa Padierna beach club ,padel club and even more restaurants and bar. Within a short distance you can find plenty golfclubs.
