El Marizal 1 is a cozy rural house located on the slopes of the Sueve mountain range, about 7 km from the center of Arriondas and 12 km from La Vega Beach. Its strategic location provides access to a wide variety of museum visits, such as the Jurassic Museum, the Mining Museum, the Cider Museum, and the Indianos Museum, among others. This picturesque setting offers an unparalleled backdrop to unwind and immerse yourself in the active tourism activities available in eastern Asturias. The house, spread over two floors, accommodates 3 people. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. A crib is available upon request. Additionally, the house has a bathroom equipped with a shower. Heating is provided throughout the house via diesel. Regarding the exterior, the house is set in an open area, with easy access and parking next to the property. It features a barbecue area equipped with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying the beautiful views with family, friends, and, of course, your pet. This outdoor space becomes the ideal place to enjoy relaxed and peaceful moments in the heart of Asturian nature. IMPORTANT: By confirming your reservation, the guest agrees that all occupants must register and complete all required information during the online check-in before arrival; otherwise, access to the property will not be allowed. This procedure is mandatory under Royal Decree 933/2021, effective from December 1, 2024.

In a matter of minutes, you can also descend to Arriondas and immerse yourself in its various activities, enjoying all the tourist offerings that characterize the Cangas de Onís area and the Picos de Europa.
