We offer you a spacious, beautiful and comfortable house, with air conditioning, with a pleasant patio to eat and a terrace with access to the urbanization square to rest and enjoy reading a book or having a drink. It also has a large parking space in the private covered garage of the urbanization. The house is located in the old part of the town and you can walk to the Chinchón square in 5 minutes. The house is cozy and oriented to make your stay in it pleasant. It is located in a modern urbanization located within the old town and with a beautiful square, an imitation of the Chinchón square, which you can enjoy since both the living room, the kitchen and the main bedroom overlook said square.
We are a married couple with two children who have this house as a second home and we like to rent it out when we don't use it.
Chinchón is a beautiful Castilian town to visit, walk and enjoy.
