The villa’s prime location offers easy access to local attractions and renowned restaurants, while charming towns such as Mijas Pueblo, La Cala de Mijas, Fuengirola, and Benalmadena are just a short drive away. You enter the property on the upper floor, where you will find a large bedroom with walk in wardrobe, an ensuite shower room with toilet and access to the upper terrace. There is also a further toilet and large lounge area also with access to the upper terrace. On the Middle floor there is 1 twin room, a separate shower room with toilet, another large bedroom with ensuite shower and toilet which has direct access to the middle terrace, and the Kitchen Diner family room, also with access to the terrace where there is an outdoor dining area and BBQ. On the lower level there is a bar area with access to the Pool, and huge bedroom with ensuite wet room also with access to the Pool area. There is a seating area, loungers around the Pool and Hot tub. Please note all terraces are linked via an external staircase.
