The apartment has alarm service. PARKING (check availability) in a private urbanization on the surface, very close (400 meters from the apartment), FREE. It has air conditioning, living room in one of the two available rooms. The apartment is located just 500 meters from the SEVILLA FC Sanchez Pizjuán stadium and the San Pablo pavilion of REAL BETIS BALONCESTO Y FUTSAL.

The neighborhood is typical of Seville, Nervión, ideal for seeing Holy Week without the crowds of the old town as it is surrounded by several Holy Week brotherhoods that procession on Holy Monday (San Pablo), Holy Tuesday (San Benito) and Holy Wednesday (2 brotherhoods, Saint Bernard and Thirst). 500 meters away is the Sevilla FC Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán stadium and the San Pablo Pavilion, where Real BETIS plays Basketball and FUTSAL. It is a very quiet neighborhood, the apartment is located on a new Boulevard, with a Public Medical Center 50 meters away, Pharmacies, Supermarkets, bars, cafes, restaurants, shops and renowned shopping centers.
