I ran a hotel from 2007 to 2022 in Copenhagen. I loved the contact with guests and got the idea to start again, this time in Spain in 2024, where I bought Casa Nana. After a complete renovation, we opened in the autumn of 2024. I collaborate with Competa Properties and Tamara. She takes care of the daily operations and also loves working with guests and making everything come together so that you, our guests, have the best possible experience at Casa Nana.

Casa Nana in the heart of Torrox Casa Nana is a three storey townhouse from the 1930s with a long history. The house was carefully restored in 2024. All the details, history and charm of the house have been carefully preserved and have now been modernized. As soon as you enter the house, you can feel the great atmosphere of the house with its high ceilings and spacious living rooms and dining rooms as well as a staircase that leads through all the floors. On the ground floor there is also the cuisine, which invites you to prepare delicious meals with market products on your doorstep. On this floor there is one of two bathrooms, which is equipped with a bathtub and a laundry room with a washing machine. On the first floor there are 3 rooms with double beds and the second bathroom. Two of the rooms share a sitting room with armchairs and a balcony. An ideal place to relax and enjoy a morning/afternoon tea/coffee. The second floor faces directly to the lounge on the terrace. Through the sliding glass doors you have a wonderful view of the sky, the Mediterranean Sea, the hills of the countryside and the roofs and terraces of Torrox. A great place to relax.

Located in the heart of Torrox Pueblo, next to bars and squares with local atmosphere, and only 3 km from the beach. The coast of Torrox-Costa offers beaches as far as the view and a promenade with bars and restaurants that offer everything your heart desires. In low season less are open. In the Pueblo the restaurants are open all year round and so are the shops. The villages Cómpeta and Frigiliana, amongst many others are in the neighborhood and so is Nerja with it’s spectacular caves and the flee marked on Sundays. Hikes are very popular in the area. And also trips to Granada and Córdoba. It takes 45 min to drive from Malaga airport to Torrox. There are parking lots at the village entrance and in the back. Parking is free and both car parks are about a 7 minute walk from Casa Nana. 6 You can also park for 30 minutes to unload at Plaza de la Constitucion, 30 meters from the house. Ideal for entrances and exits from the house and to download the shopping.
