It is a quiet and peaceful area but well connected. The neighborhood has primary and secondary housing. From the house there is direct access on foot to rural routes where you can see animals (horses, sheep, cows, ...). The reservoirs of Pedrezuela and Manzanares are nearby. It is important to note that you can do nautical sports and rent kayaks/canoes in the Guadalix de la Sierra nautical club!
