Casa Olivar is within walking distance of the village center of Tocon, a submunicipaity of Illora. The beautiful Montefrio is nearby. Barely half an hour's drive away is the wonderful Granada as well as the world-famous Alhambra. Malaga as well as the coastal region and the Sierra Nevada can be reached after one hour's drive. Casa Olivar is therefore the ideal base to discover the authentic Andalusia! Located in the middle of a large olive grove, Casa Olivar offers breathtaking views of the snow-capped peaks of the Sierra Nevada. In Casa Olivar you can really relax! In addition to lazing along the pool or in the jacuzzi, Casa Olivar provides a petanque court, darts and billiards. Relaxation is therefore an asset in Casa Olivar! In Casa Olivar you come "home" to Marijke. "Mi casa, su casa! " is their motto! Marijke is a cook and chocolatier. Culinary experience is therefore not an empty concept in Casa Olivar. We thought we were city people but what is it nice living here! Yes, it is peaceful and quiet here. You only have to walk to the village to have a choice of local pubs. The bustling beautiful city of Granada is half an hour away, Montefrio 15 km and when you want sea and beach, you are a 70-minute drive away. Andalusia is a beautiful province in Spain. If you want to experience the authentic Andalousia far away from the hustle – in the middle of a large olive grove – then you have come to the right place in Casa Olivar.
